Sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in Piura, Amazonas, Peru, it includes varieties such as Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor. Grown at altitudes between 1100 and 1700 meters in clay mineral-rich soil, the coffee is carefully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process to preserve its delicate flavors.
